With experience you can have a projection that lasts a very long time.
Days out there is common for me personally.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

It can be far longer too. You'll see this for yourself soon enough.

Hey Scott,
Your dedication is paying off already. The few seconds of awareness will grow into hours before you realise it.

Callum,
Destinys Plan at Unlimited Boundaries is worth a look at. You can learn the art of projection there. A few names from here will be familiar.

Hi Szaxx,

I'm getting a little curious  :-D
I have some questions about an projection experience that feel as long as days:
- Does it feel as real as an experience here in the physical?
- Does it have the same level of awareness as awake awareness?
- What about your body, do you look at your body in these long experiences?
- Do you use all senses?

Thank you for your time.

Don't practice projection in bed at bedtime. Work when your wide awake and well rested in a chair that is comfortable but does not support your head. You do not have to be laying down to project. It can happen in any position and even dancing and moving.

Szaxx

I must say the chair works well during the day. Find one you can't fall out of, after a few experiments its a good move. Lol
What you sense in the physical is the typical level of awareness in experiences. Some have far more awareness than the physical, you'll find this out soon enough. You don't forget much too in these.
The body I find myself in suits the environment in most cases. On occasion I've been 19 years old in a very weak body, (not my thing), and most often 25 or so. I'm over double that in reality so unsure if the NP has a sense of humour.
As far as senses go, some physical ones can be switched off, gain some experiences and experiment. You'll pick up telepathy instantly, the rest you'll find  appearing with thoughts and desire. Pick up a watch and desire to know how it works internally. The detail will blow your mind. Its new, its not physical (excluding psychometry) and its waiting for you. The 3D thinking takes a back seat.

Thanks for your answers  :-D Is it always a human body you're in and a younger version of your own body?  Also is the body solid to you as here?

Most people's perception is that it's a younger self, but that would rely upon how you view yourself.
As for solidity... any reality you experience is going to be as "physical" as this reality, with some exceptions.

It is not a good idea to try to ap if you are tired.    It is too hard to stay awake and you have a high chance of falling asleep.
You need to concentrate every moment otherwise you could fall asleep.    If you miss an ap sign, you are likely to fall asleep.
If you are in a position that is very comfortable you have a high chance of falling asleep.
You can ap and stay awake.   If I can do it then you can to.

Szaxx

Most people learning make their attempts in the morning when they wake naturally. Its far more successful at this time as your body is normally rested enough. Sleep then is far less likely to take your awareness from you.

Your mindset and intent are mostly responsible for your interactions in an environment. The percieved age is relevant to the experience, at times I'm older and at others I have no form at all.
Whatever your body is, it has a purpose to teach you something experientially.
