I have not encountered any scientifcally proven documentation on the reality of OBE. Now if you are good at OBE and can go and wander in the physical world while in OBE, then you can check if what you see (people, car, numbers, letters,...) while in OBE will be there when you wake up and check in the physical world. For example put a phone book somewhere in your room, away from you, but open it at a page without looking or seeing it at all. Then go do your OBE. WHile in OBE try to read the first telephone number on the book if you can and when you wake up check if that number corresponds to what you saw in OBE. Good luck and tell us your results.
i allready know how to find proofs, but i asked , if there is any proofs for OBE's cause i know there is alot of ppl in this forum that had OBE's

I think it all depends on what one considers real. For me, just experiencing it makes it real. I do not need to prove anything to anyone else to accept it as real for me. What is real?
real is real , so the question is do you really leave your body or its only a lucid dream how can u tell the different between the two Lucid dream can be as reall as an OBE there is only one reall in OBE , do u really leave your body or its only a lucid dream , u said your experienc are reall how do u know they were'nt lucid dreams , lucid dream as a scientifcs proofs , OBE dont , so how do u know OBE's are true?
You are not really leaving your body. You are moving your consciousness. You are becoming aware of places (Astral Plane, etc) that you already exist but are not currently fully aware of.
As for proof I can give you none. There are countless posts and writings about people who have done experiments proving it is real. If that is not good enough then you will just have to prove it for yourself, which is really the best way to do it anyway.
Now the point of my post was that it does not really matter to me so much if it is "real" or not because the experience is real because I have experienced it and so from experience can learn and grow. That is what makes it real to me.
"You are becoming aware of places" , excaly which places , places u never seen before ? , places your mind can creat , so how do u know it wasnt just a lucid dream , how can u tell the different ?
durring my second spontanious obe, my first thought was of my mom. boom, i was in her office, looking over her shoulder.
when i returned to my body, i called her at work and asked if she had just typed out a check for this amount to this person, she freaked and said how did i know, i told her i was just there looking over her shoulder. proof enough for me.A.
