I heard that whatever you imagine becomes real while APing, so like.. if i imagine a sword.. it apears there? if i imagine a giant hawk will it apear there? o: even other creatures?
Yep. But it's a lot easier to try and get your subconscious to do all the work for you. I've tried consciously creating things in dreams before and it was difficult for me. Your subconscious is way better at creating things than your conscious mind. So you can try to trick it into doing the work for you, like think about what you want vaguely and then think "What if it's in the room behind that door" and then turn around and see if your subconscious provided anything for you in the form of a door in a wall behind you that wasn't there a moment before. Anything like that where you make a suggestion with your conscious thoughts and then let your subconscious take it from there.
not only in the astral, the physical as well.
It really depends on how much your commited to "Visualization" as well. I can be out of my body but i dont always get what i want to appear. It's hard for me to make things manifest while thinking of it. I've discovered its easier to make anything i want to happen during a Lucid Dream rather then an OBE. That's just me though. :|
Also, if you keep trying to make the same thing you get better at making it.
It's taken me a couple of months but I can now make a very cool purple ball of light.
The first time I tried I just got a vague impression of something ball-like almost being there. The next time it was a bit more solid. Each time I tried it got a bit better and now at will I can create a totally real looking glowing sphere of pearlescent purple plasma type stuff. I'm still totally useless at creating anything else though.

There's a reason for that, Killa.
When you have Lucid Awareness, you're still not FULLY conscious... meaning, your subconscious still has a lot of control over what you're experiencing.
When you have full Astral Awareness, your subconscious has pretty much no control anymore, cause you've pushed your conscious mind to the front.
