I'm not competent enough to teach you, but look around these forums and you can usually find some useful bits of info on your own.[:)]

Step 1) Learn English.
Step 2) Learn to how to use the Internet. Everything that could tell you how to prepare to have an out of body experience is on the Internet. You don't need a trainer.

Read Robert Bruce's book and Robert Monroes books. Meditate and try some of the music? stuff-hemi-synch, holo synch, shamanic drumming, whatever you can get your hands on.

I would love for some one to be like my teacher for obe. I gess I would wont a 'expert' in it and if u r interested in teaching me plz email me at smooth88@prodigy.net or add me to there aim my name is smooth191988. Or just reply would be best. I have not really tried it yet. I wont to know what to expect b4 trying it.
