Welcome to the forum!Having confidence is a good start.My only advice is to try different techniques to see what works for you.Take your time, and most of all,have fun!

Hello everyone! This is my first post on these forums, and it's nice to see so many AP's! Just thought i'd say that i'm only 15, and have the pleasure of starting AP young. I've been interested in AP for about 2, maybe 3 years, but just recently started practicing techniques. I picked up Astral Dynamics, and find it a very informative guide to AP. I haven't yet had an OBE (at least that i can remember ), but plan on exploring this for many years. I haven't met anybody my age that uses AP, so i feel kinda lucky to be able to start young. I've read quite a bit on AP in the past couple of years and feel confident in myself to do this...any advice? Peace
