Hey... Was wondering if anyone had issues with not being able to sleep at night.
My problem comes with the inability to relax. My mind is so active and my body will tense up. It really interferes with my oob-travels...
I've had a problem with intense fear of OBEing at night and therefore lack of sleep. In general, I'd say the prospect of flying around in a distant universe when you're trying to sleep is going to make it more difficult to do so regardless of the reason.
I tend to have trouble sleeping, mostly because I just love to daydream before I go to bed, also if I didnt get much excerise that day.
I meditate before I go to bed, sometimes I do it until I fall sleep(one effect from that is I tend to dream better), it can really help.
You might as well meditate during the day if you have time, try doing the floor positions or a chair. (laying down, tends to make me tired and thats why its good for going to sleep, imo) The more you meditate the less your mind will be cluttered with dookie.
I also mentioned exercise...so do pretty much anything, personally I like to do small weights as well as larger ones on some days, I also do some leg and ab workouts, but my mind wonders still hence my reason for meditation. Dont forget to stretch, its a nice way to relax aswell.
