As much as I know your cord can not be cut.I have never heard that somebody died during the projection.
Ask your legitimate source of information how she knows this.
And don't believe everything you are told.

A lot of people on this forum have had hundreds of out of body experiences, and they've not reported anything trying to sever their cord. And they always come back.
Some people don't even see a cord.
Some people on this forum do (or used to) retrievals, and I don't think they've ever reported someone being dead because of this.
I've not come across a forum where someone says they were projecting and met someone who died that way.
So, then, how could someone know without it actually happening to them? And if it happened to them, how could they tell anyone else?

while talking to a legit source of info,she informed me that while projecting if a spirit or "ghost" waz to intercept my "silver cord" it would be cut and i would be stuck in the astral planes and well physically id be dead,i was just wondering if its true,cause it would suck to be killed by projecting.thanks
