Interesting OBE last night.

Hey!

I had an OBE this morning upon waking up then going back to sleep. The vibrations hit around 7am. When I returned to my physical it was about noon. What's interesting is most of the OBE it was dark out. Even though when I separated the sun had just came out. I heard a lot more noise this time if I focused. I looked at my hands to gain awareness if I started losing it and it helped a bit. I ended up many places... Sometimes it felt like a dream too. The amazing part was I actually went in the earth. Has anybody ever done this? If I can recall right I flew very high then dove into earth. All I remember was a super intense energy sensation. I met some people but my recall is extremely weak on this one. Most of it was dreamy except when I walked around my house and dove into earth. The energy upon flying literally... Into earth was huge. Most of my chakras activated. Was great to experience!

Sounds like a long and interesting AP,
I have heard from an "insider" about hollow earth. It is actually a conspiracy theory about the north and south polar openings. From there you should be able to enter this reality. The inner source was a guy's father from inner earth. And the guy I am talking about is Col Billie Woodard you can check it out if you want, very interesting story...

The father told the guy who interviewed him that he could be able to reach this zone if he astral projected and how he should do it.

Also glad to see you had success gaining better awareness by looking at your hands. I'm going to be using this technique a lot more now
Since we were just talking about this, what were some of the noises you heard?

justin- Thanks a bunch! I actually heard quite a bit of ambiance this time. It's funny you mention this, when I was out of body I was actually thinking about the topic you made and remember talking about noise a bit. I really focused into the environment and thought... "Sound" I could hear things... but most of it was ambiance or unknown sounds I do not hear in the physical. I also heard my fan going as I was walking down my street in my astral body. That's nothing new to me though. I usually have dual awareness in my physical and astral at the same time unless I move far away from my physical. It's kinda of like a magnet. Something interesting is if you get close to your physical body you feel a very odd sensation until you move back about six feet or so.

I also know you mentioned you heard your breathing. That happens to me quite a bit too.

That's cool I'm pretty sure that was the first time I've experienced the bi-location noise. If a noise in the physical is loud enough for me to hear while obe I would think it would be loud enough to wake me up, but then again breathing isn't very loud (for me at least)

As far as the noises you heard that's interesting I'll have to stop and listen next time.
