What exactly is this? I was at work the other day talking to my mom and I just relaxed my head back and closed my eyes and felt like the world was spinning around me. I get this same feeling at night when I lay down, or just lay down in general. It usually happens everytime within 3 seconds to 3 minutes. I NEVER noticed this until I first started astral projection so I am relating it to astral projection... but is this a good thing? It happens a lot at night.

Then in the morning I feel like my body is going up and down on waves right when I wake up. This is a constant thing for me now.

Not afraid at all! I love the feeling actually. It's a bit different from feeling like you're going to pass out. "A lot different" but similar in a few ways, without the being scared and feeling awful part. It's just a motion of my entire body feeling like a clock going counter clockwise, or clockwise...

I get this a lot when phasing, it just was weird it happened at my moms office when all I did was close my eyes and lay my head back in the chair visiting her. Happened within three seconds.

Just what you said "the common dizziness feeling". It is caused by the fact that you have been practicing to relax and shift and this shift is happening ever faster now.
I first found this when I was taking a shower, closed my eyes, started getting dizzy for a second, then looked in front of me and saw a vivid waterfall, with the water rushing down it. I was so shocked I immediately opened my eyes and almost fell out of the shower. I never expected this at all, but now I do. It's fun to just close your eyes for a minute and let go and find where you are or what you are viewing. There's usually some kind of vivid scene to be viewed. Even briefly closing my eyes brings upon the onset of a Phase, without me always knowing what is happening or trying to do it. It gets really annoying when you close your eyes to go to sleep and find that you just lie there noticing for an hour or so until your waking mind finally gets tired and goes to sleep. Then you awaken in a Lucid Dream, lol. When it starts to overtake you, you must learn to take a break for awhile.

Thank you a bunch Lionheart. :-) It does go away pretty quick but if it gets to strong I will definitely remember to take a break.

Take care.  :-)

Hi,
Use this immediately to phase. If successful you can leave your body within 1 min.
It appears randomly and most times can't be utilised. It's a sort of fast track doorway.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

desert rat- absolutely! I don't seem to have this problem unless I close my eyes and just relax.

Szaxx- I sure have tried this and it almost seems like a gateway. I tried to forget about the physical and induce the feeling more but it usually subsides. You got any tips for me? I really appreciate it!

Hi, if I can intervene here for a second. When you have these sensations, don't try and induce them, just allow them to progress on their own. If you try to hard you lose it.

Hi,
I'll second Lions advice.
Everything is in place for a natural exit. It can't be forced. I could get this feeling if I ran a mile in 5 mins and got back out of breath, lay down then denied any physical existence. Its quick and worked most times. Id not suggest trying this if your unfit or suffering from blood sugar problems. It may be a one way trip. We don't want that, lol.
