what do you think about this tech?

hello, i want to try a new tech. At morning you set your alarm for about 10mins or more. I could try to get sleeping myself in those 10mins or more. The alarm should by whery silent and short, so i could interupt my dream but not awake. What do you think about that?

sounds like it would just be easier to to reality checks or a dream journal. that way you can feel when your dreaming and regain u so you can control dream and do whatver you want to do from there. this way also makes it easier to feel when you are comming out of a dream so you can keep your eyes shut and stay still so you can ap right after you come back and relax. waht your trying to do may work. but you dont want to be on training weels forever.
is it bad when your dreams are better than real life!

That's an actual technique that people do use... and some people use successfully.
You can be assured that a technique will probably work for at least one person/consciousness on this planet. lol
Will it work for you?  You won't know until you give it ample time to try it.

While I was out of work... I was programming a Reality Check/Sleep Timer android which would assist in doing exactly what you're saying above.  :)
I didn't finish it because I found a job.  But, I might go back to it sometime soon.

this is called "interrupted sleep" technique. very widely well known and effective. it does take a little patience, persistence, but it is doable.

my suggestion is to: do this in intervals and at random times. this way it will mix up your body, mind, and spirit will come out by accident. you'll see many false awakenings and these are true projections.
