Astralaina

Hi everyone!

I am new here, and not so new to astral projection. I have read several books on the topic, read a lot about it online. It started when about 3 years ago, I heard loud noises at night. At first, I thought it was the old appartment we just moved in to. But I was the only one hearing the noises. It was only a couple of weeks later, after a lot of reading, that I was actually hearing the buzzing sounds, when the vibrations begin. When I finally knew what these were, and that I shouldn't fear them, I was more relaxed and just let the feeling overcome me. Then I felt the vibrations too, mostly at my head and ears, it hurt a lot at first. Now I feel them mostly at my back, and legs. I had a few occasions when I almost projected, but had too much fear. And regret it seconds later of course. But I am getting there, one step at a time :) I know what I am doing wrong, so, it will only be a matter of time before I have my first successfull projection. I am patient :)

There are many reasons why I am so interested in astral projection. For learning and growing, just the whole experience, and what a great feeling of freedom it must be. To not only believe, but to KNOW that you, the true you, will live eternally.

I am looking forward to meet you all, maybe even in the astral plane one day, who knows!

Hi Astalaina! (but what's u'r real name)....I'm Nick.
I'm also new to this site and like you feel wonderfully blessed to know that there's more to life than just what we feel and see when we're awake.
Loike you I need help and encouragement as my projections happen randomly at the rate of about 2-3 a year. They only last for a few minutes as well. I want to be able to induce astal projections like others can but I need the advice and guidance.
Hopefully this is the right place to get it

Regards

Nick

Hi everyone,

I have been reading the posts in this forum for about 4 years now but never had the courage to actually post my own comments or topics. I just recently graduated from college and found i have a lot more free time, so i thought i would start to contribute to the forum.

I have been studying and practicing astral projection for about 5 years and have had experiences similar to many of the people here. It is definitely a difficult skill to master (If you can master it) but I plan on taking it much more seriously now.

Hi Nick,

you can call me Aina :) Thank you and everyone else for the kind welcome words! Sorry I haven't been able to post any sooner.
I recently started reading "Mastering Astral Projection in 90 days", by Robert Bruce. I would recommend reading it, I have read things in there that I haven't read anywhere else, and there are so many exercises. There are a few pages to read every day, and exercises to follow. I'm only in the first week, but I notice I remember my dreams a lot easier now! And every dream is very realistic and meaningful, sometimes when I wake up I ask myself if I'm still dreaming or awake :)
