Has anyone had any experience with healing the body while astraly traveling?

No, I haven't.  What has your experience been?

On a related note, I did recently ask for my crown chakra to be opened.(No particular reason other than I wanted to see what would happen.  Not too bright in retrospect?   )  

Let me tell you, felt like the top of my head was being drilled into and my astral teeth were rattling!  Got a little tired of that, so asked for my third eye to be opened--same sensation.   Not scary, just really over-the-top.  :cyclops:

Mind you, was probably just a manifestation of my idea of what it would "feel" like if my chakras were opened...
