I've Decided to give this another try
well I know there is no such thing as "try" so am gonna do it anyway
i asked my self if this worthy our not
happy dreams felt so real and alive and so Full of strong emotions that is nothing like this in the physical not even close , that's one good reason Enough for me

anyway i herd that if someone wanted to astral project he has to sleep first like 5 hours then he has woke up and try sleeping again and trick the mind to get WILD our astral project
so i just wanted to ask your opinion about it

I can project anywhere from after 1 hr. of sleep to 10 hrs. of sleep.  If I want to use SP to project, I must do it before I reach 6 hrs. of sleep. Everyone is different but 4 to 5 hrs. sleep does seem to be a very popular time that works for a lot of people.  You should start experimenting and see what works best for you.

No, it is not necessary in order to astral project. It is necessary, however, in order to stay in good health.

You can project any time day or night.

It's just more people find it easier early in the morning because their body is already relaxed, so they could skip that step.

Lionheart is correct.   You can ap anytime of the day.   I have ap late in the afternoon without any sleep.   I do not seem to be able to do it now.   I must get back into practice again.

I have been practicing to ap early in the evening before sleep.   I would like to practice earlier but I am not able to as I go out to work.   I am getting close.   Soon I think I will be able to ap.    I have to keep practicing.

DreambreaX

the best way to practice is in the morning. trust me. this is the easiest things.

today i succeed my lucid dream, while 4 days ago i was OBE.

ALL OF MY OBE are in the morning. good luck

I've been practicing AP for many years and like most of you tried many different method without much luck.

The only thing that ever came close to an AP (More like lucid dreaming!) was when I went on a intense meditation retreat in OZ. It had nothing to do with AP'ing, but a side effect of the intense AP like experiences at night.
