Is it safe to project whilst on the move...

It doesn't make any difference at all.  One of my best projections was when I was on a boat.  [:D]  If anything, it may be HARDER to project when you're moving, simply because the degree of distractions are increased (due to motion, bumps in the road, mechanical noises, etc).

Location is only defined by the places it is near. There is no absolute location. Places can be connected that make the distance between other places seem inconsistant. Distance is a flawed measurement. When "out of body", you can go any place you have been before with approximately equal difficulty, so it doesnt matter if you are moving.

Many years ago I heard Robert Monroe describe on a radio program on
KFI here in Los Angeles, how he once went out of the body while
traveling on a commercial plane and dropped out of the bottom of the
plane, and awoke conscious and OB in the middle of the sky, with the
plane flying far away in the distance, carrying his body far far
away. I don't recall the details but I think he managed to catch up
with his body in the plane.

From this, you would have to say that the silver cord can stretch
very rapidly.

The closest thing to a moving vehicle that I OBE'ed in was on a house boat.  It was docked at the time, but I OBE'ed through the bottom of the boat and found myself underwater somewhere.

You could feel the water all around your body.  I ended up wanting to get out of the deep, so I shot up through the water and ended up floating a few miles off the surface of the moon!  It was really big and scary, since I was looking at a semi-dark surface (filled with ominous craters).

Anyway, that was one of my most memorable OBE's, since I went from two extremes (underwater and then into space).

I spend a lot of time travelling.
Im interested to know if it is safe to have an OBE when your physical body is moving, i.e. on a train, in a car, on a plane.
Although connected by the silver cord, would it make a difference if the physical base moves?
Let me know if you have any experiemces of this please.
