Time travel in the Astral Plane

If and when someone travels to the past during an astral projection, what is it like? Can u relive the past? How does it look as you are looking back in time? I know this takes a great amount of experience, but I am very curious. Thank you for your help.

The akashic record is however you perceive it. If you expect the AR (akashic records) to come within your tv then thats how it will manifest to you. Personally, my metaphor of the AR is a Library. How does it look to go back in time? No Idea, i'm guessing you'll view it in a non-interventional omniscent kind of way (at least thats my theory).  How does it look go into your past? You'll simply relive it.  I've read several past life stories regarding the AR, people varied their stories from being back in time, from being of a different race, to even being a Zeta Reticuli Grey lol (an alien).
The experienced travellers of this forum will eleborate on this subject, for I know only so little and they know so much (more) lol.
