Did i do it?

When i was 18 i went to bed saying "after i go to sleep half way i leave my body"over and over.Well after that i awoke in the moring and was still tried and was thinking abut my affrimations i  had done when suddenly i could see my body out side of it!And alsp the shirts that were on my bed for school the next day.Was this an obe?!

From your description of the event it certainly appears to have been an OBE. Apparently the experience only lasted a few seconds? Besides viewing your physical body and the shirts did you do anything or see anything else??
I'm guessing that were out of body but that you did not get far enough away from your physical body and you were sucked back into the physical in a matter of only a few seconds. And actually that is a Very common situation for many people when OOB. It has happened to me also.
