Question about BWGenerator

As I try each new preset for BWGenerator, they work the first or second time
(I've had great experiences) then no longer seem to work & I move on to the next one.

Two nights ago I tried Astral, after 5 minutes I found myself in a very highly detailed tunnel.Nothing new here except I've never before noticed the tunnel having details.These were something like when frost forms on glass. Last night I again played Astral, saw & heard nothing, but after 10 minutes started
getting stabbing pains in the top back part of the head.Didn't take me long to dump this one.

I was wondering if this is everyone's experience with BWGenerator, or if anyone has any suggestions?

Persistence is key with the BWgen.  Although a preset gives you results the first few times and then less so afterwards, that doesn't mean it's not working.  It just means that you've peeled away the layers and are now applying the binaural beats to your subconscious mind... which is good.  I found that in the shareware version, the only preset that aided with OB travel was the "Meditation (Deep)" setting...  and extending it's duration to about an hour.   You don't hit the frequencies for Astral Projection but it does loosen up the mind in a nice way...

If you're using a registered or *cough*cough* cracked version...  I've found that the absolute best presets are Boxed Nirvana, and my favourite one, Deep Mind VI.

Boxed Nirvana is good to use for a few nights in a row to strengthen the "muscles" required for OBE.  And then Deep Mind VI is amazing for the followthrough... especially if you just leave the headphones on and let it play... if you don't OBE, it does tend to bring about alot of lucid dreams if you fall asleep listening to it.

Just some thoughts.

i know bwgen since one and a half month. used it mainly to enhance concentration (attention deficit whatever).

i used the preset MAP week 04 Lucid Dreaming. my hope was, at least, to remember some vivid dream. i had vibrations while still sitting in front of my computer. by that time i did not know a thing about OBEs. next day i used it like advised (in bed). i awoke and was hoovered out of my body by extremely intense vibrations and noise. i had big trouble to activate my 'astral sight'. it was like being born. sort of

later oobes where not that intense physically and some where slightly less lucid. but i had seven ones during that month and all with that preset.

however, it does no longer work in the evening like it did about four times. i need to wake up after 4 hours, or so, then use it, then sleep on. i will then awake to "exit" or exit while in hypnagogik state.

i don't do that every night. i think it's very important to entertain your brain with unpredictable extremes of various forms. to spread the bandwith....

Overview: All the lucid dreaming programs in this series were designed with the same approach, using several voices with a binaural beat frequency of 4 MHz (delta state ideal for OBE) while simultaneously playing several voices with a binaural beat frequency at or above 15 MHz (normal, waking consciousness).  The simultaneous pull toward both sleeping and waking consciousness causes a slight internal tension that seems to stimulate the energy body, especially when raising energy using the full-body circuit (see chapter 3).  Going to sleep after listening to this preset can provide very vivid and often lucid dreams, though the preset itself can bring on OBE symptoms and even a full-blown exit.  If this should happen, relax and allow it to happen.

Each of the lucid dreaming programs uses background sounds to provide further relaxation.  This week's program uses heavy rain.  Voices 1-6 are all set with a binaural beat frequency of 4 MHz, while voices 7-0 are at 15 MHz and greater.  Many of the latter voices are also modulated and use slightly "harsher" waves for a little extra kick.  Visual frequency is set to 4 MHz.

Voices 7-0 begin about 2.5 minutes into the program, starting at a high audible frequency and gradually descending at different rates that pull the sound out of harmony.

howdo you burn the presets to a cd?

export as wav. if you own a burner (software) read it's manual about burning a wav as audiotrack. i use a mp3 flash player anyway. verry recommandable for such purposes.

Where can i get that deep mind preset?
It would be good as mp3 or wav already, but preset will work too..only then il have to use "pills" for bwgen

i dont know any tunnel but i had slight stabbing pain in places (top back&toptemple), now and then. i dont worry about that.

I just downloaded BWGEN and listening to the presets infront of my computer definately give me wierd sensations.  Most noticeable is a rise in temperature, especially in my abdomen.  My skin on my stomach feels really warm.... wierd!  My cheeks are feeling flush also.

I want to try sleeping to this.  It almost feels a bit too intense though.

Anyone else get these warm sensations?

The first time I used BWGen I didn't feel so much a rise in temperature as an extreme, somewhat irrational paranoia, like something was right behind me and was going to grab me. These disappeared entirely after the first few times, I think.
