Mindfulness

So I've been trying phasing as well as the more traditional OBE methods for the last six months or so.  I have hit the vibrational phase several times whilst attempting the traditional style but have yet to actually feel like I pop into the RTZ.  Normally I just get freaked out and/or fall asleep.

The phasing stuff I feel I am having a tad more success with.  I have listened to the focus 10 intro exercise roughly 100 times now.  I continue to use it a few times a week, when I have time, considering I have a newborn baby I am currently dealing with.  In spite of that, I managed to phase a few times but they were always late at night when my mind/body were already out of it. 

The first time it happened was directly after listening to the intro to focus 10 wave 1 cd around 3am.  After that I turned to my side and got sleepy.  Before falling asleep I saw a wolf's face start drawing in 3d color right infront of my face.  I sat there watching it for a few seconds but when I concentrated on it, it disappeared and I woke up. 

My other experience was that I went up to the couch from the bedroom around 2am and started to fall asleep.  I concentrated on walking through a park or something and then all of a sudden a real cool gun started forming infront of my face with an old clock behind it.  Then next thing I know I literally popped out into some type of dirty & dark sewer.  I freaked out and immediately the scenary went hazy and then dreamlike.  Then I woke up.

I will continue to attempt both methods of projecting as I personally believe that any experience is good experience.  Any progress will aid me in future attempts and help in the overall bigger picture with me getting comfortable and learning the environments.

All I have to say is that is sounds like you're doing absolutely great so far!  Keep up the good work.

And yes!  I totally agree with this!  Any, and all experiences are good.  :)

Thanks for the encouragement.  

With the last week or so I have managed to hit sleep paralysis a few different times by using ear plugs around 2 am or so.  I just lay down on my back and stare into blackness, then I hear a ringing in my ears that increases in intensity.  The next thing I know I can look all around but can't physically move anything.  Would this project me into the RTZ or should I try to increase or wait for vibrations?  The main problem I am dealing with at this point is fear.  I have yet to overcome my personal fears during the paralysis stage and am unsure of what to do other than keep trying.  Practice makes perfect?
