I would like to share one of my experiences, so here it goes.

I was just went to sleep, and I was in bed for 5 minutes, not more. I didn't do any exercise or anything, I was just trying to fall asleep...anyways, in that moment I have experienced one of the best things in my spiritual life.
I saw a big insect moving on my blanket. It wasn't so huge, but enough big that I know it's not 'real' and enough big to scare me.
My vision was absolutely vivid and realistic so in the second I doubted is it real. The insect looked like a big ant.
I jumped from my bed, but after my first move I was again laying on the bed as earlier, like I had just woke up from a dream, and my insect visitor has gone.
Well, that's it :)

No theory it was a dream, because, I couldn't fall asleep for time how much I was in the bed. Also, I have lot of problems to fall asleep, and hardly I could had a dream in which i was laying in my bed as common, watching my room from same perspective as I do in the real...
It wasn't real too, so could that be a projection? And how that alien came to my room and do you have any idea what was it? :o
Is it common, and how often you meet similar entities, if that was a projection at all?

That half awake /half asleep state is a bit tricky . It could of been some kind of astral critter , or just a dream .   desert rat

Everything and anything can happen in the Astral. So, never rule anything out. Next time that happens, introduce yourself to it. It may sound crazy, but it just might talk back to you. This could be one of those things that happen to get you to notice something strange. That then leads you to a site like this, to ask a question that you did. Which then leads you to further experiences and snowballs from there. In essence that could have been your first real sign of your "awakening".  :-)

I would love to experience it again, and talk to it ;)
That's one of my biggest motives to practice AP at the moment.
Well, but who wouldn't be scared first time, right ? ehehe
