hi i have been practicing AP every night since like march. which is when i started with the whole phychic thing.

I feel as though i am falling in my abilities, i experienced more when i was begining than i do now. nothing works for me, i used to get to the point where my whole body would have a buzz to it, and i felt as though my hands were not there but like somewhere else... now i get nothing. i have heard of the NEW energy ways but i dont remember where to go any more, pluss the first time i read it i was so confused i never read the whole thing. i know it wont be like a month and then i got it, i know it will take a few years the waiting i dont mind. its the always being confused part.

i want to open my 3rd eye as well but i went to the sight everyone is raving about but it said to like say THOH pronounced like TOE in alto range 5 times a day for 3 days. it says you should feel a vibration on your tongue well the way i say TOE my tongue is never on my teeth except for the T part so how cam i feel a vibe in my tongue. i am not in chior so what is alto? im so confused. Im looking for someone who can talk to me and clear up my questions, and explain the new enrgy ways and give me the site again. as well as to give me tips on AP. not a teacher because i already got one, but she is always busy so more like a sub.
