hi,
I choose a moment where I know I won't be bothered. turn off all ringing things in the house. jump to my bed. Cover myself with something not too warm but not too light. Put on my headphones and do any exercise by hemi-sync so that I get really relaxed. Finish the exercise, take off the headphones. roll over and try to fall asleep thinking : I will have an obe right now. For the past year I get most of my obe that way...actually just yesterday I had it happen to me thanks to the routine I just mentioned..afterwards I wake up and note down what has just happened.
