Ive been looking at the ganzfeld effect and idoser to astral project. Anybody try either of these. Im just really ready to try this and wanted to know if any of you guys tried it yet.

I plan on doing this.

a.Ganzfeld with idoser sounds.
b.Tea with gensing.
c.1500 - 2000mg's of vitamin c
d.1000mg's of vitamin b
e. And maybe galantamine.

All at the same time, anybody think this will work better then using nothing.

Oooooooooooooor... you could do without all that stuff and try to do it through good old fashion dedication and hard work.  :)

i doser, binaural beats, and all that excrement is just bovine excrement. can't work

and if did , it's only placebo

galantamine the only one works

you don't want to prematurely induce OBEs. This can result in strokes, paralysis, and a number of unpleasant conditions; I reccomend that you just meditate bro.

Really? I have been in this circle a while now, and never read of a person inducing a stroke through OBE attempts....

Lol don't listen to this dude. Seriously where have you heard any of this? Unless you're misunderstanding paralysis as sleep paralysis

Ignore him.

Yes just another "fearmonger". There are enough of those in the world as it is. Yes it is difficult at first and yes it takes a lot of dedication and practice. But you truly need the will to succeed. Anyone that puts down techniques you use to get there doesn't really know what they are talking about. The end game is to get results. It doesn't matter what you have to convince yourself or what "tools" you feel you need to do it. It all comes down to the same thing and that is achieving your goals. I still use Binaural Beats and my Eye Pillow everytime I Phase. It works for me and nobody can prove it otherwise. Whether I need it or not doesn't matter, what matters is I am achieving my goals!

I'd give i-doser a miss. At least if you're planning on paying for it. I tried it and it wasnt impressed. There are plenty of better binaural out there.

You'll want to take some choline with the galantamine.

Thank you, I skipped the idoser but i used vitamin c and galantamine and i was able to get out for only about 3 seconds, i was just about to go to the center of the earth before my body pulled me back.

I-doser? Stay clear from it. The stuff uploaded on youtube is made by amateurs who don't know what they're messing with, the body's natural frequency, It only harshed my mellow and gave me weird headaches and palpitations. Binaural beats on the other hand are safe, they're better to listen to when you're high or tripping, not for AP.

I-doser *USES* binaural beats.  :)

It's not that they're messing with your body's natural frequencies.
It's that they're using a binaural frequency that causes some strange phenomena to happen.

It shouldn't hurt you in the long term, but you're certainly not going to get any spiritual growth out of it. :)

Yeah i-doser is built on bwgen. They literaly just tried loads of random frequencies and thought, "this one makes you feel wierd, lets call it peyote and try to cash in".
