Title: Leaving
Post by: Poida on March 19, 2007, 05:00:21
Hey all, I just have a quick question that I would like some advice or technique on or something please.
When I practice for astral projection I can reach heavy, strong vibrations but I cannot actually leave my body from there, I have only tried to roll out and to see/feel myself already out and they haven't worked, but I have also only been up to the stage where I can get strong vibrations a few times, lately after a lot of practice and working out my own method that works for me.
So any help on this matter, opinions, techniques or anything would be great, Thankyou.

I know this is going to sound silly, . . . but when I experience the vibrational state the only think I have to do to get out of my body is focus on relaxing just a little more and I slide right out.

I found if I try to force it with ROPE or rolling methods I just get stuck.

wonderboy is spot on.  Although I don't experience vibrations (not consciously anyway), I also find relaxing more into the state is preferable than trying to get out.  Pretend you're a rag doll - that should do it.

It's also the most gorgeous feeling  :-)

I concur.  I'm fairly new to OBEing as well and find myself getting stuck on any forcing techniques.  I constantly find my physical body tensing up.  I think I'll have to give this a shot as well.
