I started trying to project about a month ago, and almost gave up. Last night though, I decided to try again, and when I was almost there, my leg jerked to the side. I thought this was just my body having excess energy, and I gave up a few minutes after. Am I right about it just being too much energy? And how could I help this?
Also, when I went to get up, there was an odd heat wave come over me. What was this? :?
Could be that you were just too tense. If you try tensing your muscles hard and then relaxing them a few times, this can really help the relaxation process and prevent muscle spasms.
