Since I am new to AP I need to ask, ummm is it possible to meet with another person in an Out of body state that is having an OBE and stuff... or is it that you just make the person up and stuff... Im confused

I have heard of many people doing this, that is meeting up in an out of body state in a pre arranged area, now the problem with meeting up is that its not guaranteed that every one will get out at that arranged time or even get out, so I have thought up a different plan, my plan is that every one, that's right, every one is free to come, and having a wide time window instead of a narrow one, this will vastly increase our chances of meeting, say for eg 6 hour window time period every day of the week at the bottom of the Eiffel tower eg, so lets storm up some idea, we need lots of people in this experiment, so pass this on to other like forums.
