Light Goggles

Hello - I'm a newbie, this is my first post.  

I purchased the book last week and it finally arrived today.  I have been doing/having? (rather haphazardly) OBEs off and on for several years and find myself in the strangest places.  Sometimes I recognize them, and sometimes I find them months later.  So .... I was thrilled to see this book in Llewellyn, along with Carls write up and interview re same.  

Question:  the light goggles mentioned on page 4 and 18; where/how do I purchase them and is there a particular brand you can recommend?  I live in a pretty distracting neighborhood and need all the help I can get to learn to focus (or not) on relaxing.

Thanks for your response.  I checked out the web and there is just too much stufffff so I requested a printed catalog.  Have you had any experience with any of the programs, goggles, headphones, cds etc that they offer?  I will also check the forum for posts regarding same.  Thanks Potential!

Just curious (and tell me if I'm being nosey), but the times I've projected it seemed to be without cause or reason.  Only twice have I found myself in a place I recognized and I'm still not sure if it is because of this recent calling to a metaphysical path and spiritual enlightenment, i.e. was I drawn there by someone else, or did I choose to go there ...

My question is, what does one aspire to achieve through AP?  Remote viewing, connection with the Devine, more intimate knowledge of one's guides, access to universal knowledge, or something practical like getting a peek at next week's winning lotto numbers?

Also, I have recently begun to "feel" energy from inanimate objects in the palms of my hands, which I am assuming are chakras.  I don't know if I am receiving or transmitting, or both.  From what I am reading on the many many posts/forums my energy awareness should increase.  If that's the case, then will I be able to block energy that I don't want to receive?  Your thoughts?

Another newbie here, just curious as to how effective these things really are. Can someone comment to the experience with and without the use of an LS machine and how the two compare. Thanks.
