Title: Light/Heavy Sleepers
Post by: PeacefulWarrior on March 09, 2002, 00:50:14
I definetly see the validity of the statement that light sleepers can have OBE's easier.  I think we all agree that being able to relax your body while keeping your mind alert is key to seperating the spirit body from the physical, thus if one can relax his or herself and still remain awake, or on the verge of wakefullness then it should be easier for them to leave the body.

In regards to low BP, I also feel this would somehow correlate, but I will need to do some research...

Hey, I read an article on a website some while ago, it said that people who are natural "light sleepers" (easy awakes, don´t enter the deep sleep as quick as the "heavy sleepers") benefits from this when trying to have an astral projection - it makes sence.
Hwo many of you succesful OBE´ers consider yourself "light sleepers" and how many does not?   I can wake up in the middle of the night if a fly sits down on the outside of my window(well, almost), so I hope that to be true...

Then it also said that people with low blood pressure would have an easier time to project, that to me sounds a bit more far out..
