I would like input of what type of projections are possible. Here is my list and how I achieve them.

Out of body experience (external awareness) = obtained only by separation of my non-physical feet upwards then the rest of the non-physical body follows. Sometimes my non-physical head region gets stuck with my non-physical legs lifted high in the air.

Astral projection, lucid dream, phasing (internal awareness) = obtained by focusing on the third eye region of the head to project.

Experience.  :)

Can you elaborate?
This one got me with a WTF

Phasing, non physical awareness only.
Subconscious instant programming, not easy to find words to explain but you get an amazing experience from it.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Don't ya just love my one-word answers?  :D  I love them.  LOL

Well, I was thinking about the question asked... and it hit me that anything you can experience is a projection.  Which makes "experience" THE projection.  :)

Would your answer have been the same if the topic asked for all the methods to attain a non physical projection?

Nope, but it wouldn't be much longer.  :)

When you break down any projection method into it's basic parts, you quickly realize that it's all about finding a "focus" and then allowing that focus to take your senses away from this physical reality.

That actually might sound like a fun game... perhaps I could start a new thread for it.
Provide me with a link or a write up of a method and I'll break it down for you into HOW it works to get you projecting.  Sound fun?  :)

The only way to get great success in projecting is to drop the physical and focus totally on the non physical.
This has worked for decades personally and you don't get SP or the vibrations as these seem to take a long time to come into play.
When I choose to travel in the great beyond now, I don't set anything as a destination unless I'm experimenting. The recent experiences from subconscious programming have a 100% success rate. Finding words that explain a method to post are almost impossible. It's all feeling and mental assessments on what is presented. These are never the same adding to its complexity.
There are consistencies but these are so basic that they allow 10% to be written. This isn't enough.
The resultant experiences are amazing and they are those that you don't want to return from.
They take a few mins to set up and you stay concious all the way.
I'll keep on experimenting, if I can find a simple method from this, all the known methods are futile by comparison.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Xanth, please try to breakdown any of the obe's in the above link.
You misunderstand.  Those are spontaneous projections.  There is no method, they "just projected".

Give me a Method or a Technique, and I'll break it down for you.  :)

Szaxx, I would love to hear more about this "subconscious instant programming" that you are talking about. Hopefully you are going to be making a thread based on that idea soon.

Projector4life, my 3 ways are similar if not exactly like yours.
1. By spontaneous OBE. This during occurs during SP and I exit my physical body from my feet or legs. The path out of my home seems to be the same as well. I had mentioned before that I shoot down my hall and out my patio window. But that it is weird why his path is used, when my bedroom window is only 4 feet away from my bed and the wall even closer.
2. By Phasing. Simple shift from here to there while completely consciously aware the entire time.
3. By Lucid Dream
...and now to a 4th kind. It seems like instead of an exit, it is a entry of some kind. Meaning, I am not going out, something is coming in. This occurs spontaneously during the night and what I feel is a overwhelming energy sensation in my head, kind of like it's exploding. I then receive some kind of download/upload. This "message" or info/data looks akin to some kind of "ancient cuneiform". When I first began to see it I did research on any ancient cuneiform that has been found as of yet and nothing matched what I see. It was close, but the symbols I was being shown in my experiences were different.

I realize that each one of these falls under the title of "non physical states of consciousness". But they each seem to lead to the same locations and experiences. This is what I question. I have never questioned whether they are a NP experience or not. I just question where they lead. I keep full Journals on my adventures. I am very active with all 4 of these events. The 4th kind time happens about 5 or 6 times a year now. But I see patterns. Enough patterns to show me a "blueprint" of sorts.

Technically... I guess we are in a long-form projection from our other reality frame now

So in a way, I guess people here are trying to learn to project out of another projection, hehe.
