ok, i am sure this exists somewhere here, or on the internet: a list of each phase and what it is associated with. i am curious as i have never successfully used the hemi-sync audio to project. however, i can definitely attest to different levels and achievements while projecting. can someone point me in the right direction?

Are you looking for the discernible stages as one enters the phasing process?
If so, you are looking for the term 'Focus Levels'
Just scan down the last couple pages of topics in the three main Boards. There is a myriad of talk always going on about the brightlines between these plateaus of consciousness.

I just want to point out that they're not rules or laws written in stone.
They're a subjective guide only... A really loose map that only might lead to something.
Don't expect knowledge of a focus model to be an insta-cure for you. The only thing that will truly help you is UNDERSTANDING.

I wasn't aware of these focus levels until a few years ago. Even then I couldn't tell you what focus 25 is... even if there is one.
