The sleep command method and his timer mp3 (free) worked for me, the very first time I tried them !!!
Had almost 1-1/2 hours of lucid dreams and OBEs this morning..... WOW. :)

I actually purchased both the saltcube.com videos and then the new lucidology-102. The timer has worked for me as well.

You should consider buying lucidology-102, it's worth the 35 dollars.

Nice to know that David ! :)

Just read your story and the whole stuff about seeing yourself in bed is wonderful.
I think I will write my story and post it in a new thread.

I'm also looking forward to get that 102 pack, may take a while.
