Title: Malformed double hand
Post by: Adriano72 on April 07, 2014, 18:15:46
This night I had a series of consecutive obes, most of them began with me laying in my bed but feeling I was in the trance state.

I was feeling lots of feedback from my physical body (breathing with some difficulty cause of snoring), neck tension (that in some way I managed to relax)

I was blind at the beginning as 90% of the times and vision occurred by itself after some time. Saying "clarity now" many times didn't seem to have any effect. I'll try the tricks I read in the faq like switching on a light.

All the times I was having difficulty moving and my limbs (astral or etheric I don't know yet) were very clumsy to move. I managed to glide to overcome the walking clumsiness and all the times I jumped out of the balcony to give the experience a serious jump start.

I also realized my left hand was not well formed not functioning. It was like an incomplete thing with awkward fingers in smaller number respect to normality.

I would be very grateful for any suggestion to improve my experience and to any insight about my malformed and clumsy astral limbs. Also I'd like to know how experienced projectors manage the breathing difficulties caused by snoring.

Thanks!
Ciao

The deformed hand is typical to see when you are OOB. It's actually quite useful as an indicator. I've been doing AP for 3 years and I can still use that to tell when I am out. Sounds like you are doing well at projecting, have to just keep at it and it will improve.

Hearing that is typical is reassuring! I'll follow your suggestion about using it as an indicator

Thanks for your encouragement!

Loud snoring can be a pain as it interferes with your successful projection.
It's so annoying too especially when you're on your own. There's no escape but to wake and change to a more suitable position.
An unfortunate regular occurrence...

I'm with deepspace on this... the hand thing is a usual trigger/reality check for me too.  :)
