There are a few stuff I would like to know

1. When you have OBE how do you look like?
Probably nothing since you don't have a physical body.  Some people report seeing a 'misty wispy ghostly' image, (mostly sensitive people), or a shadow or fast moving shadowy thing.  But that's up for interpretation.

Quote2. Can OBE damage your body somehow?
I can't imagine how.  Your conscious mind is only shifting focus to the nonphysical, and the energy body is just that, so other  than psychological issues I don't see how your physical body can be affected.  Except for tiredness, from loss of unconsciousness.
Quote3. When you are out of your body do your psycial body heart rate gets fasteR?
There is a perception of rapid heartbeat (I get it) but the physical heart is not actually going faster- the most accepted explanation for this is heart chakra activity, which is nonphysical (or if physical, not necessarily affecting the heart organ.)
Quote4. Is it dangerous doing OBE at ages 15 - 20? or does age not matter at all?
Once again, depends on your emotional stability.
Quote5. When you get back to your body do you get paralysed? always?
No.  Paralysis is when your body is still asleep but your mind is awake.  Usually you return because your body is waking up for various reasons, although it can happen if you decide to come back to it while still paralyzed.  It hardly ever happens to me.  (In fact, I only remember one time it happened, but many times in one sitting).  It was only annoying.
Quote6. When you are paralysed for how long is it usally? is it scary? I never had 1 I think, this makes me the most scared of doing OBE I guess
Maybe a few minutes.  It just seems longer.
Quote7. When you are out of body do you have 100% control on yourself? or is it like a dream state?
It depends on your lucidity and energy levels.  It can go from completely realistic to completely dreamlike.
Quote8. Is it possible to get out of body at your first try?
I have only heard of one person who did it.
Quote9. I heard when ppl have OBE you heard all kind of strange noises like you hear your name called? why is that?
There's lots of theories.  Here's a few:
-At the moment of separation your subconscious recognizes you're awake when you're ordinarily asleep, and tries to abort the projection by producing scary noises
-At the moment of separation your senses are extra sensitive and it's amplifying natural noises (like breathing, heartbeat, and other external noises)
-Since you're conscious but your body is asleep, the dream process begins, and your brain starts processing information, in the form of noises & pictures (aka hypnagogic hallucinations), you start perceiving those while awake, and are startled by them.
-Upon separation your physical body and your astral(energy) body are so close that they feedback off each other and the physical body interprets the input it's receiving from the energy body and adds to it, causing phenomena such as the 'dweller on the threshold' effect, the reason for fear in waking paralysis.

1. When you have OBE how do you look like?

Sometimes a duplicate of your physical, sometimes just a point of consciousness

2. Can OBE damage your body somehow?

Don't think so.

3. When you are out of your body do your psycial body heart rate gets fasteR?

Well mine feels as if it does, but some people believe this is the heart chakra opening and your physical heart doesn't speed up at all.

4. Is it dangerous doing OBE at ages 15 - 20? or does age not matter at all?

Not at all.  Some people report their earliest OBE's occurring as young as 3 years old.

5. When you get back to your body do you get paralysed? always?

Nope, I'm rarely paralyzed.  There is absolutely nothing to worry about.  You have a choice (1) wait until you are able to move (2) allow yourself to fall asleep and you will wake up normally, or (3) exit your body again!  I prefer option 3!

6. When you are paralysed for how long is it usally? is it scary? I never had 1 I think, this makes me the most scared of doing OBE I guess

Oh a minute or so.  You can fight it and snap out, although I find this quite hard.  It can be a bit unnerving, but there is actually nothing to worry about.  You will always snap out of it.

7. When you are out of body do you have 100% control on yourself? or is it like a dream state?

Depends upon your level of consciousness.  If fully lucid you have pretty much 100% control of your actions, although the environment you find yourself in is not something I have much choice about.  If you are a bit dreamy, then the experience can deteriorate into a normal dream.

8. Is it possible to get out of body at your first try?

Yup. I did this.  But the experience lasted only a few seconds.

9. I heard when ppl have OBE you heard all kind of strange noises like you hear your name called? why is that?

Happens all the time to me, and I don't know why this is.  I usually hear a noise like the radio playing, or else the sound of people moving around my home, or voices calling.  These sounds are extremely realistic and I just ignore them.  They stop once you get "out".  I have no idea why this happens, but it's normal and nothing to worry about.
