A classic that I would recommend is The Projection of the Astral Body by Sylvan Muldoon & Hereward Carrington. Though written quite a few years ago, it still is a great resource book on obe/ap.

The art and practice of astral projection by Ophiel is pretty good also exploring the world of lucid dreaming is, IMHO, the most practical book out there. some of what Robert Bruce talks about in Astral Dynamics is probably influenced by Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming or from some of the stuff EWOLD came from.
