This was just completely out of nowhere. I was watching a movie on my computer. I was sitting in my chair, and I leaned down to pick something off the floor. I looked up at the screen. And you know how it is when you're absorbed in a movie, all you can see is the movie, you don't really see anything else. It was like that. Except in the movie, i thought they turned the camera around to look at the director and stuff, except it was looking at the back of someones head. And it was extremely vivid. There was nothing cloudy about this. Than in an instant it was back to normal movie. I was confused about this, so I scrolled back in the movie, and there was nothing that changed. Nothing of looking at the back of someones head. I'm not sure what to think of it. It could be the back of my own head. Any thoughts?

Thanks anyway for the replies.

Keeping your mind occupied while falling asleep is an excellent way to enter into OBE. I have Incorporated TV programs in my dreams many times. I think that it is highly possible that you were looking at your head. I know i see myself or parts of myself when I OBE also.                                       Happy Astraling!
Reality is defined as one's own perception of life.

^^ or to lay awake in bed for a good couple of hours

I thought mind awake/body asleep was the only way to astral
I know we astral when we are asleep and not aware of it but the only way I can achieve it consciously is to keep my mind awake while my body goes to sleep and this is not the easiest thing in the world to do
it took me 2 months  of practice to be able to do it

It wasn't like I was lying in bed picturing I was watching tv. I was actually watching a video on my computer. And when I bent down in my chair to pick up something, it's like my mind stayed where it was and my body kept going down and I was looking at the back of my head. It was really weird. I was kind of absorbed in the video when I did this, and I was like "What just happened? This shouldn't be in the video." I tracked back through the video and couldn't find what I saw. It was weird. There was absolutely no cloudyness to it. It was very vivid.
