Meditation/Sleep/OBE

How many of get out of your body if you meditate on it? I do most of the time. I usually know when it's gonna happen because I get a falling sensation as I fall asleep. Sometimes I get no sleep because of this. If I stay up tell 3 am or so It stops. Anyone have this problem? I think I'm just gonna ignore it, and fall asleep. I like doing them during the day, because I'm a chicken excrement lol. I don't like doing it at night.

i've tried that several times but what happens is i get too awake after i meditate... what kind of meditation you do?
i've been trying kundalini stuff but it just turns out to bring on a bundle of energy

There's your problem with not being able to sleep after your meditation. Kundalini work will lead to "bundles" of energy. Try just closing your eyes, relaxing your mind and just "noticing". No expectations, no stress, just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility. If something else happens, all the better!  :-)
8bit, I had your problem for a while as well. I put so much work and energy into trying to Astral Travel. That I could not turn it off at nighttime, I would close my eyes, but would immediately go into "noticing" mode, which would continue for hours. I then started to talk to myself more and before I go to sleep everynight I say to myself "By my act of will. I RELEASE my focus on my physical body. TAKE ME to your desired destination. SHOW ME what I need to SEE. TEACH ME what I need to LEARN. AWAKEN me in my dreams so I may LEARN from and ENJOY them". Some of these words are capitalized because I see those words spelled in big letters and drifting outwards towards the dark abyss as I am thinking them. This is a fantastic technique of Brain Entrainment that I have used to achieve my goals earlier in life as a salesman.

That's exactly what I did last night. I think I accessed the akashic records. I'm not sure though because it seemed more like a dream. I did have a OBE as well. I found my self floating over my fence. I got a bunch of tingling vibes when I was floating. It was strange. I never found my self outside before. It was pretty cool. I made a post about it.
