vibrations and inducing them

well i understand that its not a requirement to have an OBE, but it seems i get no where without them, plus sometimes my induction technique works some times it doesn't, i need a sure fire way thats can get my to the Vibration state or the transparent eyes and other things that show I'm near the exiting stage.

Unfortunately, there is no sure fire method. Everyone is different and the only way to learn what works is to try several methods until you find one that works for you.

If you can visualize well, maybe try a method that's steeped in visualization. If you can't visualize well, maybe try one of Robert Bruce's "tactile awareness" techniques.

And, of course, improving concentration & centering awareness will help with all methods.

There are herbs/supplements which can help greatly in this respect.
Mugwort or galantamine/choline usually give me very powerfull vibrations when combined with sleep/wake/back to bed technique. I believe these are safe and healthy when used in moderation (assuming you are in good health) and in 2 years of use I have never experienced any side effects.
I always have three days off between attempts though as tolerance can quickly develop.
Of course some people don't like using substances to help with OBE but I know of no other methods to consistently induce vibrations.

I visualize falling backwards off of a cliff, and as the sensation takes hold, I feed it. It's hard to describe how I feed it but, once you experience it, I think you'll know what I mean.

Good advice jub jub. Another one I like is to visualize being underwater and doing constant underwater somersaults. It tends to really screw with my which-way-is-up orientation.
