Also, in a book by Denning & Phillips (if you want details, please contact me privately about the book) there is a technique for sending out a bit of energy and then going about your usual activities while it looks around. Then you recall it and integrate its memories. They call it the "watcher" and explain that it can be shaped in any way you want. They advise against a human form because they say that a human form is likely to actually get attention from other people in a negative way, even people who aren't consciously aware of the presence.

It is very possible to do, but I have not done it as I have not had many projections into the Real Time Zone. A few problems can occur especially for an inexperienced project. One you have to be in the RT Zone and stay focused yet keep your mind clear. It is possible to wonder out of the this zone. I think Robert Bruce gives a better exercise to try on this site that does not involve one going far. He says to tape a playing card to a window with the face facing out. Be sure not to look at the card. Then when you project go outside and look at the card, keeping your mind free of thought, try not to guess what the card is but just see what it is.

I hope these experiences constitute "proof" I had gone out of body using the phasing method to visit my daughters' house she had just bought. She had not told me anything about it, all I knew was that it was in NE Louisiana.
I went, explored, and then called her with a description the next day. This included the fact that no one was home, how the furniture was arranged, and finding a tall concrete post in the front yard, and some broken windows in front. She confirmed all of this the next day.

One of the children in our neghborhood had gotten hit by a car. I was told the fathers' name and I had known them for years. They have three young boys, about ten months apart in ages, and I was not told which one it was,and could not find out. All I knew was that the child was in the emergency room. This time I simply sent my conciousness out, as in remote viewing, being both concious "here" and "in the emergency room" at the same time. The boy was lying on one of their beds, more afraid that hurt, though I did get the knowledge that his left hip was hurting. His mother and grandmother were in the ER exam room with him.Everyone was quiet, but I did gain the knowledge,somehow (?),  that his name was Stephen (this inrormation Just "came to me" as well as his state of condition physically, as I watched this scene. This turned out to be all true, as I asked my son to find out for me, and I talked to the father several days later. The child was fine later, as healing was sent.

Hi Lysear,
The closest I've come to physical proof, thus far is this.  I attempt to visit a friend's house 3-1/2 blocks away, when projecting in the RTZ ... I've never made it there ... yet!

What I have discovered, is the while heading across the neighbor's back yard, one morning at 5:30am, I noticed the flicker of a TV screen thru her backroom window.  During the OBE, I thought this to be odd and that it was an OBE/Dream fluctuation ... that it WASN'T TRUE ... because (1)  This was here bedroom ... (2) It was 5:30am and she doesn't seem to get up early as she is a night owl ... and (3) I've never seen a TV screen flicker from that window since she moved in ... and (4) that the previous owner used to have a TV flicker through that window ... so I thought I was CREATING the experience of seeing a TV screen flicker.

Long-story-short, I have since confirmed, by visiting her house ... that the rear room is a *Den* or *Family Room* ... not a bedroom ... and that it has a TV in it.  I've also been able to confirm, multiple times, that she watches TV at 5:00am-6:00am in the morning, while I am outside exercising at this time of the morning.  Lastly, from my wife talking with her, I've discovered that she is somewhat of an insomniac, having sleeping problems, which is probably why she is up watch TV then.

So, that's the most physical proof I have!

On a side note, I wonder if she has OBE abilities.  One morning when projecting, I perceived a small black-haired *girl* standing in her back yard, looking at me as I was trying to *get it together* as I floated sporadically around my back yard.  My neighbor is a small petite 22-yr old with short black hair.  Also, she has on multiple occasions *shown up* in my dreams and *acted* in ways that make one wonder if that was *more than a dream*.

brilliant replies! thats what I was after! wouldnt it be great if we could put a load of claims together into an ebook or if robert Bruce used some of them, this forum could be a great tool!

I've done RVing with 2 of my sisters & with a woman I only knew from online.  The woman I never met-I saw her standing next to a HUGE dresser with a white dress with paint splotches of different colors on it. When I emailed her & told her what I saw-she confirmed she has a dress like that & a really big dresser in her room. She was getting ready to go out for the evening.
With my sisters, one day I would RV one of them, the next day they would RV me & we would compare notes. One of them can even remote SMELL-I help a jar of peanut butter one day & I opened it & smelled it. When she emailed me to tell me what she saw, she saw something spinning(the jar opening) & she smelled somethng sweet like cookies baking. That's exactly what I was thinking when I was smelling-peanut butter cookies-so I don't know if she was inside my body smelling or what.
I would love to RV all of you here but it does take time & I would never do it unless the other person asked me to.
When I do it, I go into the darkest, quietest place I can find (a closet) & stand there & concentrate on the person. Those of you who've never done it should give it a try-it's so easy.

I just fancied asking this question, although I know phsyical proof doesn't bother a lot of people. I was just wondering if anyone has been on a projection and gone to for example look in a shop you never been in and then when you wake up go and check that shop out?
