Actually, I just got rid of the main Preset file and replaced it with the Astral Inducing file. So I haven't actually paid.

Isn't breaking the law good? So, do you have any advice for me?

BWGen has been discussed many times before, with long debates.  It is very useful for getting you into the correct mindset, but it can't actually cause you OOBE or AP.  A good analogy is sports performance and good shoes.  Expensive and good sports shoes does increase your performance, but its more important to practice the core skills necessary to win.  BWGen along with good relaxation skills, mind taming exercises, breath control, focus, exposure to the weird sensations (and the loss of fear), and concrete projection objectives (keep it simple) is all more important than the binaural tones you listen to.  For me personally BWGen does little.  For some strange reason I have more luck with the BrainSync and HemiSync CDs than BWGen.  But stick with whatever works for you.

Congratulations on getting so far.  I have yet to achieve astral movement on that scale.  

By the way, the first OBE/AP is supposed to be very scary, and very energetic, with lots of vibration (RB says some people don't get vibrations).  You still may have a distance to go.

Hello, I also use BWGEN. I like the meditation, sleep inducing, and relaxation presets. THey help me get into a trance. I use it so much that I don't need it any more lol!

i tried it for 4 days and i got vibes but i never got to obe.  I can project a little bit and i can get to the point of exit in about 10 minutes.  i dont use it anymore i liked deep mind iv tho

I started that Chakra training and whatever from the guide on this site 'after' using BWGen. Will this increase my chance to AP if I use BWGen again or does it only count for using techniques?

After many failed attempts, I decided to use BrainWave Generator. What a great idea that was.

After 20 minutes of boredom, I could feel some strange sensations. My nose became heavy. Each side of my face felt like they had crossed over eachother. Then I could feel my mouth opening, but I could sense that my mouth was closed. Then I realised that it was actually my Astral mouth which was opening. My whole body now had a strange, warm sensation. Some parts of my body were slightly vibrating.

I could now feel my heart more clearly than ever, every single heartbeat. This was not good since my heatbeat had increased by twice the speed. I had to breathe much faster in order to supply myself with enough oxygen. I felt slightly sick. I felt lightheaded, fear had now crept in. It actually felt like I was dying.

Enough was enough. I got up.
My body was shaking and shivering. It must have been in shock since its the first time it has experienced this.

I was so close, but I read that when you are frightened it means that you are not ready for the voyage yet. I will try again another time.

I WAS close though right? Can anyone give me some useful advice?
