Yea, I think there is a relation.

I've been sleeping more often when I come home from school. I've been getting constant pains on the sides and front of my head (not sure if it's my brow chakra though). The laziness, feeling dizzy, felt them too.

I also had a TON of vibrations that lasted a few days (after I really started to practice), and I could just think of a body part and it would tingle like mad (I can still do it, but it takes longer) The serious vibrations now happen if I practice for a long time. My right foot vibrates for no reason, though, which is strange.... And on my lower spine, I felt this kind of 'pain', like something was 'pushing in, pushing out'. The 'spine pain' was unnerving.

I think it's natural.
Where was I going again?

Do you feel better yet? I sometimes feel "out of phase" after an obe, grounding work is supposed to help.
In the world in general and in this nation
May not even the names disease, famine, war, and suffering be heard.
May virtuous qualities, merit, and prosperity greatly increase
And may continuous good fortune and subline well-being perfectly arise.

I was going to ask about this too but haven't yet.
The day after i had an OBE i was extremely tired.  I know supposedly you're supposed to get the same amount of rest when you OBE as when you dont but i didnt experience that.  I felt really drained.

Course it was only my second one ever (conscious) but still i noticed a real difference.

I need to find out ways to "ground" myself too.

well,  the  lower back pain,  the drowsiness and  the migraine  have  all gone.  The  symptoms  lasted about  2 days  and  died  down  gradually over  these days.

I am  convinced  this  strange "illness"  was caused by  the  brief OBE,   the  pain  i felt in my head was  very similar  to  the  incredible brow  sensations  when  i was seperating  from my body,  coincidence?  i think not.

the  pain in  my head is hard to describe,  it was like  my  brain was loose  inside my  skull and  any  shunt  or  quick  action my  body  took caused  it to  bash against  the  wall of  my skull  resulting  in a  short  (about  3 seconds) but very painful headache feeling.

or  is  this  just  migraine???  but  isnt  that caused by stress?  i  am not at all a stressed person.

for  some  reason at  the same time, i developed a  bit of a chesty cough.

hello  to the people :D

this morning,  i had a breif,  but  barely  consious  OBE,  as i was seperating,  i  felt the  amazing  throbbing  in  my  brain,  but  then  it  moved  down  to  my  back,  behind  my  heart,  pretty much in and  around  my  spine...

and  for  some  reason today  i  have  been really  lethargic,  dizzy, my  lower back and  neck  aches,  and   my  brow  chakra  has  gently  throbbed  with a  minor  pain  all day,  as if  its been overworked...

i  was in  perfect health yesterday..

could  there   be  any  relationship  between  my  pain  and  the  incredible OBE  this  morning???

or  has anyone  experienced  any  physical symptoms  of  OBE  training/sensations  and  being out  of body?
