confused

ok. i had 3 different types of experiences.

1. When i'm out of boy it is all dark, bu objects and peoples. thej appears like some kind of nebula (i can't think of some other name, but some kind of spirit) in red, green and blue colors, moving is slovly but i can feel my legs and arms

2. when i'm out of body it's all like it is in reality, but i can't move or it's sooo dificult to move, but not one part of my body but all, like i don't have any limbs, i just float and i can hear everything including myself breathing! 

3. When i'm out of body it's like 2nd but diference is that i can move, but there is no gravity, also some thingh are not in order, like objectsa in my flat and that kind of things...

So my question is, if someone can tell me which of that experiences are what? Are they OBE or AP. I had lucid dreams and sleep paralysis and fale awakening so i' pretty shure that they are not that. I really need help here so any ideas would be appreciated

i have this alot its called a eitheric projection, it's one of the obe's, you see, your body has an electromagnetic energy field around it called the aura, so an eitheric projection is when you put your conscious/awareness in your aura, while in this you feel a "light in the head or whole body" sensation, you also feel very big, like your the size of the room, you also see mild colors. while this happens your astral body starts vibrating faster to separate from the physical body, if your hold on longer and keep trying your conscious/awareness goes in the astral and then you can astral project.
