Using BWGEN with ASTRAL PRODUCER preset...

Good day.

Sorry for my bad english. I'm French.

Well, I used this software with the preset announced in the subject. Quite quickly I began to feel strange sensations. My eyes were blinking fast and in a upward direction.

I didn't hear anything nor feeling any vibes but my heart was beating faster and faster... I felt like I was exiting from my body. I just thought to relax and to go in the direction of my door in order to have a "direction to go" and to accelerate maybe the execution of the process...

So I began to feel like a separation. Something just if my chest and legs were lighter. My heart still beating fast.

BUT... IT WERE MY REAL LEGS AND MY REAL CHEST which were going upward. I was so disapointed...   :sniff:

Did i do something wrong? I'm still disapointed because I thought that I was really crazy because of my real body "left".

What are your opinions? Thank you.

Was this the first time you tried it? Because I've never heard of anyone who OBE'd fully on their first try.
To be ready to OBE, you have to be in the "body asleep/mind awake" state.  This takes time to achieve, unless you just woke up and are still half asleep.
From the experience you report, it sounds like you were very tired when you tried it- that's why you went into "rem-like" symptoms when you put it on.  The same thing happens to me when I do any kind of energy work when I'm tired or sleep deprived.
Don't be dissappointed, but remember BWGEN is an optional addition to energy work- you don't actually need it to project, but it sure makes it a lot easier.

Well it's true that I was quite tired trying this method. But maybe I was too "motivated" too? I don't know really.

I'll take your advices and apply them.
