Based on the Mind Split theory, the body is never left empty and in a projection, the projected  doubles are always reeled back in. In the book FAR JOURNEYS, Robert Monroe recounts that once, as he was returning to his body, he entered another man's body by mistake and seemed to stay in it for a little while trying to leave it. How is that possible?
Happiness is the outcome of right living: Intellectual cultivation, self-control, a calm and tranquil mind, cheerfulness, striving after that which is good.
