Mirrors and Shapeshifting another CRAZY OBE EXPERIENCE

Well, I had another crazy experience. I don't know how to say this without sounding weird lol. About a month ago I had an OBE that seemed different from the rest. I walked through my wall, and then shape shifted, I didn't know what I became, so I went and looked in the mirror that was in my bathroom. When I looked in the mirror I seen that I had long brown hair, and had tan skin. I was pretty young, and I was a female. I didn't know how old I was, but I'm guessing around 19 or so. I then touched my "hand" it felt so real. I then started panicking, because I thought my bathroom was always haunted. Turns out it wasn't lol. So now I'm gonna make n' attempt to transform into the same person, and try see if what as past life of mine. I think the person in the mirror was Japanese, but I'm not sure. I do speak Japanese, and I learned it quite quickly. Sorry, if this post is a little crazy I apologize in advance. I just don't know why I transformed into a woman. I thought I was going to be an animal or something cool.

Cool. I'm glad I'm not the only one on here who's done that lol. Do you have any idea why I transformed into a woman?

I've seen all sorts of things in mirrors. Distorted and mutated versions of myself, bubbling with tumours and misshapen limbs. A more buff version of myself covered in dark tattoos, grinning back at me. Once I saw a monk in robes, shrunken and ancient. I can't remember seeing any female reflections, but then again I usually avoid mirrors now. I have no idea what the rules are, or where the reflections come from, or even if they are true reflections of your form at that time (they do seem to reflect movement in the way you would expect). Is that really how you look to others? Who knows. Might explain some reactions I've had...

The past life idea is a guess too far for me. It might be right though--the reflection may cause the astral mind to introspect and access things that you don't have conscious access to. But I wouldn't panic if you see something grim and disgusting--just laugh at it and move on.

For the times mirrors have creeped me out, there are plenty of times when I've been shapeshifted and taken a look at myself without any creepiness... I wouldn't go so far as to say Beeeeewaaaaaaree! hehe

I'm curious why you believe it is dangerous? And what it has to do with studying.

It's one of those, if you don't know, you don't need to know. I don't give people dangerous things to possibly try. I'm just looking out for you, bro! I study using telepathy, tho i dont hang out in that area yet. I've found it's mostly helped my OBEs out, by talking to the right people. Sometimes I say, if you don't identify as telepathic, sometimes if you want something done, you can get beings to handle things. Just focus on an image of them in your head and talk. It really helps.

In the beginning they used to raise my frequency, and I would float up into a new plane. That's not dangerous. Shapeshifting is dangerous, I got some advice in a dream about it being dangerous because it is contagious to other beings.
