ASKING OF A METHOD OR TIPS FROM EXPERIENCED ASTRAL PROJECTORS ON GETTING OUT!

  Hello everybody!I just want help on how to get out of my body from experienced projectors 'cause I tried with books have had some interesting experiences but no concious astral projection.Any help over here?I will greatly apreciate it thank you bye!

Hmmmm, that's a tough request, as there are tons of methods and tips. I suggest you browse through the Astral FAQ's and Permanent Astral topics and see what's in there. All of the most popular methods discussed on this forum you can find in there.

im new to this forum but i have been astral projecting for years. I just perfected a method but I think would help everyone project but alot of the techniques on this forum work you just have to have the discipline and not give up. It took me so long to finally find the technique that would get me out everytime and the discipline to do it.
