Last night I had a strange experience. I was "dreaming" that I was in my bed and woke up, but saw a white human figure sitting on the side of my bed in a fetal position, then this dark grey figure came out of it and went into the air and was rolling around in the air waving it's limbs and went out of my room and down the hall. Scared the **** out of me and then I dreamt I woke up again and thought I was awake so I start yelling for my mom for a few seconds then actualy woke up and my cat was beside me. Does this have anything to do with AP?
