So close, I guess.

So, for first - hi, recently got approved. ;]

So I have been reading about those astral projections, and have been trying them for a few days.

Second - consider me a lunatic, but always when it's night, my desk makes weird noises, along with the rest of things in the room. I guess its connected to astral, can anyone confirm? (no, its probably not a vampire).

Third - yesterday, I tried it, so i was vibrating hard, my eyes were twitching crazy, heart was beating hard and my body was being hotter per second. So - the question is, what am I to do then? How to leave, or move spiritually, or something?

After those failed tries, my head hurt me really bad, but stopped after a few hours. (just saying)

Relax and go with the flow.
It can't be forced at all.

See it as wallpaper, yeah it's happening so I'll let it flow.
Thats the best way.
You can't be injured at all.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Yes, it's difficult to do it at first because you don't know what to expect-Believe me, I had the same thing happen. I physically tried to leave my body, but it never worked.

Just gotta let it happen, like Szaxx said.

There are lots of helpful stickies around, you might try checking those out for more advice on what to do, signposts, methods of leaving, etc.

Thanks everybody for help! Really appreciated. And yeah, I saw stickies before but didnt read them much, so gonna read everything carefully now. Oh, and if someone could say the easiest method to leave ;[

Blacklight, daily practice is ok and won't hurt you, but don't try to force the exit every time you practice.  Use practice time to work on your meditation techniques, but commit to an aggressive exit not more than once a week.

And, I didn't see what exit technique you went to at the moment when you were having exit symptoms.

There are various exit methods, and they have different characteristics that may match your natural abilities and the symptoms you are having.

There's active (aggressive) techniques, that are better for dramatic symptoms- such as the rope technique, the steam engine technique, the rollout method, 'trying to get up/sit up' method- all of those try to force you to move out of your body and usually result in a realtime projection (aka etheric/locale 1 projection).

Then there's the 'imagination' techniques- you don't involve mental body movements such as the ones before, but use your visual abilities or tactile imagination to get out- such as imagining you're rocking, imagining you're swimming, imagining you're a feather floating in the breeze, etc.  These work well when your symptoms are milder, such as a gentle movement or floatiness.  They can result in realtime or astral destinations, or a combo of either.
Then there is phasing, that IMO is better for visually-oriented people, or people who awake from dreaming and get hypnopomps, and can stay with their eyes closed a little longer.  There are whole texts on phasing around here so I won't bother with the techniques.

 Excellent post CFTraveller!  :-)

I think that's the first time in awhile that we have seen an explanation of all three categories like that.

We tend to generalize the getting to the Astral in our comments, But, don't actually explain the different ways. We talk quite a bit about Sleep Paralysis and how it helps some people to AP.

Usually an explanation that would be used would be, you can get there by "climbing out of the body" (rope, roll out, etc.) or by Phasing (visualization/noticing) and then there is Lucid Dreaming exits (where you become aware in your /Dream and attempt an exit).

Thanks for every answer here, especially those long ones, such as CFTraveler for example. Helped me a lot.

I'm going to try the rolling out method, seems easy :P. (and gonna practice, of course)

EDIT: Don't want to double post, what language do they speak there? xD

Heh heh I forgot about that one- and thanks for the vote of confidence.
