What can and can't other read from my mind and my past?

I am a bit confused as to the capabilities of reading others minds. It's only the thought forms one can pick and see? How does it work?I know it partially depends on where you are in the astral. So the higher you go the more open you are. So then lets go with the real time zone RTZ area. And upper F3 for the two opposite sides of the regular spectrum.
