I'm sure everyone who steps foot into the so called "lower astral" will hear it.  It's quite common...
In my opinion, it's home to a lot of undue and self imposed suffering.

I'm assuming you're asking for elaboration upon my second statement?
In my opinion, the lower astral is home for those people who are trapped in emotional loops... mostly of a 'negative' nature.

In Monroe model terms, it would be Focus 23.

Umm..no, I thought that was your first statement, seeings how you only posted once before replying to me.  In all honesty, I wasn't looking for anything in particular, I wanted to understand your opinion.  You say undue, self imposing suffering, I thought you might have an example, tis all.

"Keep", indicating it happens more than once? Well there can be several factors at work here, but anything we detail will just be shots in the dark without further elaboration on your part. The lower astral is generally not a nice place though, so it's no surprise you are finding less-than-pleasant phenomena there. Hey, maybe you heard me, the few times I've been there I was screaming pretty loudly

Yup, undue, self-imposed suffering.
The way I see it, in Focus 23 you'll find all the people who are stuck in some form of an emotion-filled loop.  These loops are being fueled by the very thoughts and emotions that they're sending out, usually unknowingly.  Hence the "self-imposed suffering" part.  I'm not saying that they're doing it to themselves on purpose though.  From my understanding, most of the folks there really don't know that they're physically dead.
