Title: Mr. sleepy
Post by: cobalt on March 18, 2005, 10:08:38
Im very sleepy, almost every time i lay down i will fall asleep, so usually when i try to project i fall asleep...

1)When im trying to project i remember that when im asleep/dreaming, i can get vibrations and other stuff easier,  i think i even got out once, but its all very blurry, and covered with dreams, so it isnt any real conscios projection...

2)I could try to project while im meditating, but then i have to keep my back/spine straight, is it ok that its not relaxed, becose its being kept straight...

3)ANy other suggestions about sleeping, and how non-sleepy can u be to project

Sorry about my grammer but that spellchecker dosnt works for me..

Hi cobalt,

We have a frequently asked questions forum, (FAQ Forum), wherein your question has been addressed. Please CLICK HERE[/color] (http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=17946).

As this question has been asked and answered many times, I would also suggest you please use our search engine. Put in keywords such as "sleep" and this which bring up older topics and posts. :)

Also, look over the entire FAQ Forum and you will find topics on OBE, Astral Projection, and getting to that "relaxed state" that you've inquired about. A straight spine is recommended in ancient texts for the flow of energy in meditation, and is a good idea, however in OBE/AP things are different. You want to achieve a state where your body is relaxed, or "asleep" if you will, but where your mind is still awake.

Regards,
Nick
