Oh, sweetie..let me say, this is not healthy for your body. And from the other post I read it is interferring with your school, falling asleep during a test? not good.
Can I suggest that you go to sleep at a reasonable time, wake up a hour before you normally wake up. Get up and do something for a few minutes, tinkle break, read the forums real quick..[;)] then back to bed with you. THEN focus on your breathing or whatever it is that you do to keep your mind awake.
In my opinion sleep deprivation doesn't help...could be wrong, but eh, don't think so. [^] I admit that it gives some results but you never can get far with them.
I hope you try it my way..please? for atleast two weeks..ok? No more depriving that growing body of yours sleep!! grrrrrrrr..[:)]

lol. it was last year when i feel asleep, and ifi'm only doing it on the weekends, then whats the harm.
oh, and pease dont call me sweetie just because i'm younge,it REALLY makes me uncomfortable.
oh, i made 100's on both of those tests. i fell asleep (well, not my mind anyway)while the test was in progress, after i was finished.
i've been trying your way for awhile. now i'm trying it my way a few times :-)

sleep deprivation used to work for me. I worked nights for a while but it was not good OBEs I got from it. They seemed to be somewhat tainted by my mind which was very busy. I think that if it is used ot should be with a lot of Prayer or meditation and a gradual change of schedule and diet as well.

it worked! i had a real time projection and i just walked around my house. not a big deal :-) My dog could see me, though.that was pretty cool!
i didnt know you could be seen in your astral form. like if i project in the real time, does that mean that i can sneak into my friends house and scare the poop out of him. I hope i project sometime soon, cuase its killing me to hear all the fascinating things and i have no idea what its like. Also i wonder if anyone has tried projection to get a good view of the superbowl. It would be alot easier to do than getting tickets. cheaper too

Animals can see the RTZ I'm not sure about astral. Humans can probably see the RTZ with auric vision but yet again I doubt they can see the astral with it. In other words I'm saying that animals see the astral more naturally than humans. Or at least some animals. I don't know this for sure but I think that that's right. I also heard telepathy and astral projection come naturally to animals. They just haven't been taught to disbelieve in this stuff. It's like the theory that imaginary friends are spirit guides the little kids haven't been taught to disbelieve in that stuff either. I don't know this from experience either but it also seems right. I read this stuff somewhere.
Would it still be possible to view events a long ways away. Like a sporting event, war, ect.

I'm not sure, but i think i become more receptive to unseen forces when deprive myself of sleep as well. I sometimes think i am seeing things. Does sleep deprivation make some minds more receptivve to the unseen?
Sleep depravation can cause a person to enter into a conscious sleep, instead of falling to sleep normally and dreaming you dream (to a certain extent) whilst you are awake, this is why people who are deprived of sleep get hallucinations, these halucinations is your mind being partially asleep trying to compensate for your tiredness.
Ok, i have heard that sleep deprivation helps with OBE SO i did a little experiment.
I was listening to holosyn music while doing this.
I thought sleeping pills would help my BODY go to sleep, they didn't.
I took 2 generic sleeping pills from the drugstore. I just fell asleep suddenly and i remember nothing.
i did that twice more, not day after day, and the same thing happened.
Next, i stayed up untill i couln't hold my head up. so i tried to AP. After awhile i was started my a scream, or a noise or SOMETHING. I got vibrations finally. Then i fell asleep.
i did that 2 more times, and similar results happened, and each time i fell asleep. next time i'll focus on my breath.
I think that sleep deprivation is a great way to AP on the weekend. Its like your etheric body is desperate to seperate to replentish its energy, which makes OBEing ALOT easier.
i'll try it agian tonight and let you guys know how it goes!
